Matt and Mike did a pre-purchase inspection of a multi-family investment property in Southhampton/Princeton Heights area of St. Louis. They helped us uncover some issues with the roof, which aided us in negotiating a new roof credit at closing. They also found some blockages in the sewer lines. I am surprised by all the positive reviews, my experience was horrible. We are a few years in, I was so overwhelmed with my purchase that I let it go but considering the amount I paid, I know I shouldn’t have. So many were skipping inspections at the time so I didnt have much room to fight anyway. Our inspector was elderly, missed a lot of stuff – we even pointed stuff out to him. He took FOREVER, not because he was doing a good job, only because he was slow. We were more worried about his safety. Our radon test was flanky, I didn’t trust it or that he an idea what he was doing. I still don’t understand the results.

Michael was very thorough completing my first inspection of a home I was looking to buy. It was a long process and answered all my questions.
