Quality Home Inspections Since 2010
Hawley Home Inspections LLC has been serving the St Louis Metro East Area since 2010. We provide home inspections and radon testing services six days a week. We will make every attempt to accommodate your schedule.
Veteran owned and operated
We are a Veteran owned business with over 40 years of home improvement and general construction experience. Hawley Home Inspections LLC was started by Matt Hawley in 2010 and has grown to be one of the best home inspection companies in the Metro-East area. Matt’s dad Don Hawley officially joined the operation in 2014 and his brother Jason Hawley in 2015. In 2017 we added Dan Hund and Scott West to our Inspection Team and Susan Smith-Harmon now helps Matt’s wife Maggy in the office.
Our goal is to provide first class home inspections and Radon Testing services at reasonable prices. Quality and integrity are our guiding rules. We understand the importance of real estate time lines and can usually schedule your inspection with-in three days of your initial contact.
Your Digital Home Inspection Report Will be Available With-In Twenty Four Hours
Our standard inspections include a termite report and a digital copy of your reports and color pictures taken during the inspection. Radon testing, Air Quality testing, Septic Tank inspections and Sewer Scope Inspections are available when scheduled with the home inspection. Rates are slightly higher if not scheduled with a home inspection.
We will inspect your prospective new home following the standard rules as set forth by the State of Illinois and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). We are a member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. We are associate members of the Greater Gateway Realtors Association, the Realtor’s Association of Southern Illinois, Egyptian Board of Realtors, and the St Louis Association of Realtors
We work when you don’t
We do our best to match your schedule; which means we will work evenings and weekends to finish your inspection in the time your contract allows. You do not have to attend the inspection, however we strongly advise doing so if at all possible. We find it much easier to explain a potential problem on site and answer questions as we move through the house.
